Sock Pals!

We've received our assignments for the River Knits sock pal exchange. So now it's time to decide...what to do for my sock pal? She likes bright colors - so do I. Does that mean she gets Turkish socks? Textured socks to wear with Birkies? Bright footies for tennis shoes? Time, I think to gather some intelligence.....

Booties

I've finished two pairs of baby booties, the "multicolored sockies" from Socks Socks Socks, one for my grandnephew-in-progress and the other for my new niece, Danielle Marilyn. Unfortunately, I gave them away before I remembered to take pictures.

I hope it's not terribly non-progressive of me to do army green for the boy and pink for the girl. Little Dani was expected for Valentine's Day, so it was just too tempting!
